Gatwick airport is very popular all around the world and getting more importance nowadays because this airport is getting busier and busier and number of passengers are increasing day by day. Now Gatwick airport is the world's busiest single runway airport and London second busiest airport after Heathrow. In early days the traffic on this airport were very less but this airport is serves passengers 24 hours a day, 365 days in year and serves about 34 million passengers each year which is a great achievement. This airport has everything in it i-e Hotels, Restaurants, Shoping area, changing area for children and playing area which is beloved by the children.
Gatwick airport has two runways but not both of the runways are used at the same time only single runway is used because there are a very little difference between these two runways. So single runway is used for flying and landing purpose which makes them unique and is the busiest single runway airport.
